$140 dollars to send my game console out to Microsoft? They must think I'm an idiot! Sorry, but before I started writing this, I was on the phone with them waiting forever and when I finally got some help, that's what they told me. Oh, and that it would take almost two months to get everything fixed. Okay, that tells me one of two things; either they have too many machines breaking down, or they don't know how to fix them properly.
Hey, it's the truth and how I ended up here, because I was looking for an Xbox 360 eBook on the 3 red lights fix issue. Listen, this site really makes Microsoft look ridiculous since after I watched the videos, it took me like 40 minutes or around there to get my system working properly and playable.
